I first had a passion for cleaning cars when I was a kid. I’d help my dad clean his 1969 Mustang almost monthly, but I didn’t mind it, it taught me a lot. It taught me how to clean a car very well, as my father was very meticulous with small details; and it made me realize I had a passion I enjoyed doing. Then I became a DIY enthusiast as babied my first car, a 2004 silver Jeep Grand Cherokee. She was my test vehicle for all my rookie mistakes; that’s where I learned how to paint correct. I would work on family members cars, then their friends, and word spread; I became a weekend warrior. Then, my first professional detailing job was when I worked at a high production store; we did everything from interior, touch-up paint, paint correction, etc. I worked there for about 4 years, and then moved onto my own business on the side. The side hustle I was doing eventually paid for all of my equipment and materials. Then I decided to become mobile, and the rest is history. I believe cars are very beautiful pieces of engineering; They’re, sleek, they’re sexy, they’re named after women. Our vehicles are our second most expensive investment besides our homes, for some, it’s they’re prized possession. They’re hobbies, they’re toys, they take us to work, and they keep our families safe. We love them, we hate them, but we rely on our cars in more ways than one. They’re our ‘home’ away from home. They make our commutes more comfortable. We jam out to music them!
